I tried this twice, hoping it would get better, but my hair felt worse each time. It ended up really dry, rough, and super tangly, which was not what I was expecting at all...

I stopped using it and went back to my usual products. Maybe it works great for someone else, but for me it just made my hair feel kind of damaged and way harder to brush...

I took one look at it and immediately knew the color was way off. It wasn’t even close to what I expected.

Shipping took longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking, checking the tracking, and it just felt like it was moving slowly.

My order showed up on time, which was great, but one of the shades was literally not the one I picked. It wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying. I do wish they had checked everything a little more carefully before sending it out.

I messaged customer service twice and still haven’t heard anything back. Kind of frustrating, honestly, I expected at least some sort of reply by now.

The box showed up a little dented, which wasn’t exactly great, but nothing inside was messed up or anything. Overall, it was fine enough.

I was disappointed with this. The color looked nice at first, so I thought it was going to hold up, but after a short time it already started looking dull and washed out. For the price, I really expected better. Like, make it make sense. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried ordering a few hair color items, but a lot of the shades I actually wanted weren’t available. The site itself was easy enough to use, but it got frustrating clicking around and seeing item after item out of stock. I did get the usual email updates/receipt for what I was looking at, but the shopping part was kind of a letdown. I might check back later, but not the best first experience.

The colors are okay overall, I think, but it definitely feels like the shade range could use some deeper options. Maybe it works for some people, but darker shades seem kind of missing.

In my experience, it covered some of my grays, but not as much as I was hoping. My roots also seemed to show again sooner than I expected, so it was just okay for me

I tried returning my order the whole thing felt like it was designed to wear me down. Emails took forever to get a response, and when they did reply, it was all vague answers that didn’t really say anything. My refund was supposed to show up by a certain date, but of course, nothing. Maybe I’m being paranoid, but it definitely felt like they make returns annoying on purpose so people just give up. Not ordering from them again, way too much stress for something that should’ve been simple.

I regret buying this. It just felt way too expensive for what it was, and I don’t think it was worth the price for me

I ordered a hair color I’ve used before, but this one immediately seemed off. The smell and texture were totally different from what I’m used to, and even the packaging looked a little questionable. Come on now, I’m not putting something on my hair if it doesn’t seem right. I reached out to customer service, but the responses were vague and didn’t really help. I wouldn’t order from them again

I tried ordering from colorsandcare.com, but the site gave me a bit of a headache. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work the way they should, and I kept having to click back over and over just to find the same product again. Maybe I just caught it on a bad day, but it was still annoying.
The checkout part wasn’t much better either, since it kept asking me to re-enter information and I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next. The products themselves might be totally fine, to be fair, and I was interested in trying them, but the website experience made me give up before finishing the order.
